Bradley Aliphon & Associates
For Personal Professional Service
The firm was established by Bradley Aliphon on the 1st August 1986.
Bradley graduated from the University of Natal, Durban, at the end of 1982. He thereafter served his period of Articles of Clerkship with the firm, E.R. Browne & Sons, in Musgrave Road, Durban, under the guidance of his then principle, Mr. Bob Yongleson. Bradley was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Durban and South Coast Local Division on the 29th April 1985 when he spent the next 1 1/2 years working for K.Reddy and Company in Phoenix as a professional assistant to gain further experience before venturing out on his own in 1986. Bradley has the right to appear in the High Court since 2nd March 1999. Bradley has been sole practitioner throughout the years of practising for his own account since he believes that if a client engages you as a professional to represent them, then it is you (the person who the client engages) that should do so and not merely parcel the client off to someone else. Bradley prides himself on the fact that he deals with each client personally, develops a relationship with them and gives them all the personal attention that they deserve. Bradley's motto is: "we may not be the biggest, fastest growing firm but we will give you and your matter the professional personal attention you deserve."
